About D L McDowell-Hiss
D.L. McDowell-Hiss is a professional photographer and a digital artist. After 29 years of shooting photography as a hobbyist, he decided to turn pro in 2009. D.L. now owns and operates MeasMo Photo/Design, a freelance photography business located in Mount Pocono, Pa. In order to hone his skills as a photographer he attended the New York Institute of Photography where he graduated in 2013. When D.L.’s not shooting headshots, events, or products for his clients, he loves to focus on his artwork. In his spare time he loves to play racquetball, volleyball, and go on scenic drives and motorcycle rides in the country with his wife and best friend.
