D.L. McDowell-Hiss is a professional photographer and a digital artist. After 29 years of shooting photography as a hobbyist, he decided to turn pro in 2009. D.L. now owns and operates MeasMo Photo/Design, a freelance photography business located in Mount Pocono, Pa. In order to hone his skills as a photographer he attended the New York Institute of Photography where he graduated in 2013.
